Summary
We are seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Mount Hope Dental Care. This role is crucial in ensuring our patients receive exceptional service while contributing to a positive and efficient office atmosphere.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients upon arrival Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Process insurance verifications and billing inquiries Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed Foster a welcoming environment for patients and staff alike

Qualifications
Proven experience in medical or dental office settings Strong knowledge of dental terminology and medical administrative support Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient care Proficient in computer skills. Dentrix Experience with insurance verification processes is preferred Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.Call-To-Action
