Responsibilities:

Patient Care:

Coordinate restorative, implant, orthodontic and other treatments while ensuring exceptional patient experiences.

Insurance Expertise:

Utilize your insurance proficiency to guide patients, process claims, and provide accurate cost estimates.

Team Collaboration:

Liaise effectively with our dental team for seamless patient care.

Record Management:

Maintain precise patient records and financial transactions.

Qualifications:

Communication:

Excellent interpersonal skills and clear communication abilities.

Detail-Oriented:

Meticulous in record-keeping and documentation.

Organization:

Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

Proven background in dental administration is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate if there is no dental experience.

Insurance Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of dental insurance procedures and claims.

Tech Proficiency:

Familiarity with dental practice management software and MS Office.
