Dental Receptionist
to help us create a warm, welcoming environment.This is a PART-TIME position that can leave into FULL-TIME for the right person!
What You'll Do:
Be the first friendly face to welcome our patients at our
brand new practice
Manage patient check-in/check-out and scheduling Handle insurance verifications and billing support Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally Help build efficient front office systems and workflows from the ground upWhat We're Looking For:
Previous dental experience is a must Strong organizational and communication skills A proactive, self-starter attitude--especially important for a new office! Familiarity with Tracker software is a essential Warm, positive, and professional demeanor
