Dental Receptionist
to join us full-time.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Experience & Front Desk Operations
Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive, welcoming experience
Check patients in and out efficiently
Answer phones, emails, and patient inquiries with professionalism and clarity
Schedule and confirm appointments; manage provider schedules
Verify insurance and obtain necessary documentation
Process payments and manage financial transactions
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Administrative & Clinical Support
Prepare and manage patient charts and documentation
Update and maintain patient information in the practice management software
Communicate effectively with clinical team members regarding patient flow
Assist with recall, treatment follow-up, and reactivation calls
Coordinate specialist referrals as needed
Support the team with various administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Required:
Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a dental/medical office
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organization and time management abilities
Proficiency with dental practice management software (PowerPractice and MaxAssist preferred)
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Professional, warm, and positive demeanor
Preferred:
Knowledge of dental terminology
Experience with insurance verification and billing
Previous experience in a multi-provider dental clinic
