Job Description

We are a supportive dental team that balances technology with patient education and care focusing on a holistic approach. We are looking for someone who prides themselves on a high standard of patient care while maintaining a high vibe for the tribe to maintain the fun and relaxed atmosphere we have at the clinic. We have a modern updated digital office using ClearDent software, digital iTero scanner, digital x-rays, CBCT Scanner, in-office 3D Printing & a Mill.

We offer free parking, 1 hour lunch (1/2 is paid) to unplug, eat your lunch and possibly enjoy a walk around our seaside town !!

What we are hoping you bring to the table

You have experience with dental software, basic treatment coordination skills and hygiene coordination in an assignment office. You are confident, can pick up the phone and talk to patients easily if needed. You are tech savvy in a variety of aspects and can help with marketing or other projects as needed. You pay attention to the details and understand the importance of making notes throughout all your work and interactions. You are committed to the patients, the doctor & the team and are someone who can be counted on. You work well on a team but also understand the importance of being a self starter and working on projects on your own. Task prioritization and multi-tasking is like a game to you and you are the master of your workflow. You could be a licensed dental assistant but is not a requirement for the job
We are looking to fill a permanent position FT or PT 9-5, hours & days can be negotiated but some Saturdays are a must.
