Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and provide excellent front desk service
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using dental software (Open Dental or similar)
Answer and manage multi-line phone systems and respond to patient inquiries
Verify insurance information and update electronic patient records accurately
Collect payments and process billing transactions
Manage patient check-in and check-out efficiently
Maintain organized records in compliance with privacy regulations
Assist with general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and correspondence
Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff to ensure smooth daily workflow
Qualifications & Experience
Previous dental office or dental reception experience is an asset
Cantonese-speaking ability preferred; English fluency required
Experience with dental practice management software (Open Dental experience is an asset)
Familiarity with dental or medical terminology
Experience handling multi-line phone systems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
