Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized dental receptionist to join our team at

Charm Dental Brentwood.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office by managing front desk responsibilities, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining accurate patient records. This role requires a strong understanding of dental terminology and hands-on experience with electronic medical records.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in/check-out process. Schedule and confirm appointments using

Tracker

software. Handle a multi-line phone system, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communications professionally. Maintain and update accurate patient records in the electronic medical record system. Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims accurately. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient office operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience

as a

Dental Receptionist

(required).

Proficiency with Tracker software

(required). Strong knowledge of dental/medical terminology. Proven administrative skills with experience managing front desk operations. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
