Summary

We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team at Brampton North Dental in Brampton, CA. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring smooth appointment scheduling and excellent customer service, contributing to our mission of delivering quality dental care.

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival. Manage appointment scheduling using Abeldent and electronic medical records. Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently and courteously. Maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative tasks. Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Assist with billing and insurance processing as needed. Ensure the front desk area remains organized and welcoming. Support the team in providing exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role within a dental or medical office. Proficiency with Abeldent software Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental practice. Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with multi-line phone systems is preferred. High level of organization and attention to detail. Friendly attitude with a focus on patient service.
