Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining a clean, organized front desk area. Assist in managing office supplies and inventory as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a receptionist or coordinator in a dental office is preferred. Strong knowledge of dental terminology is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with phone systems and general office equipment. Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in a busy environment.
