Duties

Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the dental office and assist with check-in procedures. Manage phone systems to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and provide information about services offered. Maintain accurate patient records using digital practice management software. Process patient information and insurance claims in compliance with office policies. Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining a clean, organized front desk area. Assist in managing office supplies and inventory as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a receptionist or coordinator in a dental office is preferred. Strong knowledge of dental terminology is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with phone systems and general office equipment. Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in a busy environment. A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a commitment to providing outstanding patient care are essential for this role.
