Dalton Denture Clinic, a newly established denture practice, is seeking an
experienced and trustworthy Dental Office Manager
to lead our front office operations. We are committed to providing personalized, patient-focused care in a warm and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily front desk and administrative operation.
Manage patient scheduling, billing, and insurance coordination
Ensure accurate record-keeping and privacy compliance
Foster efficiency, teamwork, and high patient satisfaction
Communicate with patients professionally, both in person and over the phone in English.
Qualifications:
English is your first language, Secondary language can be an asset.
Minimum
5 years of experience
working in office management
Excellent
phone etiquette
and interpersonal communication skills
Familiarity with dental software and administrative workflows
Strong organizational and time management skills
Preference given to mature applicants
Preference will be given to those who has experience in dental field.
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual salary:
$65,000 to $75,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
