Responsibilities:
Always strive for the highest-level of excellence in service for all our guests
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and a high standard of service.
Lead and support office team fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Coordinate patient care to ensure seamless appointments and an exceptional patient experience
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and effective treatment planning
Develop and implement systems to streamline office procedures and improve overall practice efficiency
Data Collection and Goal Setting

Qualifications:
Previous dental experience is an asset & background in CUSTOMER SERVICE
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage a team effectively and motivate
A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering a positive patient experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
