Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in dental office management and possess strong human resources and budgeting skills. This position offers the opportunity to oversee the daily operations of our medical office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Duties
- Manage office staff and oversee daily operations
- Handle human resources functions such as hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor and manage office budgets and financial transactions
- Maintain electronic medical records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, nurses, and other medical professionals
- Utilize Open Dental or similar software for administrative tasks
- Supervise administrative staff in an acute care setting
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office management role
- Knowledge of medical terminology and electronic medical records systems
- Familiarity with Open Dental software is a plus
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills
- Experience supervising staff in a healthcare environment
