The Mission:
Do you love the intersection of healthcare, organization, and creativity? Maple Dental Centre is a 30-year legacy boutique practice looking for a "Right Hand" to support our leadership team. You will be the engine behind our patient outreach and the voice of our digital brand.
The Role:
Recare Hunter: Managing our recare system to ensure no patient falls through the cracks.
Social Media Storyteller: Capturing the "Sanctuary" vibes of our office for Instagram/Facebook (Patient testimonials, boutique amenities, behind-the-scenes).
Office Manager Support: Assisting with project lists, scanning, and administrative tasks.
The "Project Slayer": Taking over the "To-Do" lists that the clinical staff is too busy to finish.
The Ideal Candidate:
High energy, tech-savvy, and incredibly organized. If you have experience with or a passion for 5-star service, we want you!
