Dental Office Manager

to lead front office operations, support staff development, and ensure our patients receive seamless, top-quality service from the moment they walk through our doors.



As the Dental Office Manager, you will oversee the daily administrative functions of our dental practice, working closely with clinical staff to maintain efficiency, financial performance, and patient satisfaction. This role also plays a key part in supporting business growth through performance tracking, expansion initiatives, and new office integration.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational & Administrative Leadership



Manage daily operations of the front office, including scheduling, billing, insurance verification, and patient check-in/check-out Lead, mentor, and supervise front desk and administrative staff Coordinate with dental providers to maintain smooth appointment flow and optimize chair time Handle patient concerns, insurance claims, and account reconciliations professionally and efficiently Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and all practice protocols Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new administrative team members Maintain inventory of office supplies and manage vendor relationships

Business & Financial Performance



Monitor, track, and report key business metrics and KPIs, including production, collections, case acceptance, scheduling efficiency, and patient retention Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement Collaborate with leadership to set quarterly and annual performance goals Ensure financial accuracy through proper billing, coding, insurance processes, and account reconciliation

Growth, Expansion & Strategic Initiatives



Support multi-location growth by helping develop scalable systems, processes, and workflows Participate in the evaluation and integration of new office acquisitions, including onboarding teams, aligning systems, and ensuring consistent patient experience Assist in market research and strategic planning efforts for expansion opportunities Help lead change management efforts as the organization evolves and grows Coordinate cross-location communication to ensure consistency in culture, operations, and performance expectations

Qualifications



Minimum 3 years of experience in dental office administration or management (required) Strong understanding of dental terminology and insurance billing/coding Proficiency with Dentrix Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment

Preferred Qualifications



Dental Assistant certification or clinical background (a plus) Experience in multi-provider or multi-location practices Experience analyzing business performance metrics or supporting practice growth initiatives

Pay: $30.00-$42.00 per hour
