Our family and cosmetic dental practice serving Burlington is seeking a detail oriented and experienced Dental Office Coordinator / Receptionist to join our team full-time. The

Dental

Receptionist

will play a key role in executing the day-to-day administration, leadership and coordination of the dental office. The person we are looking for loves to organize and implement systems and structures to ensure the practice runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Schedule patient appointments efficiently Review the timeliness of appointment completion Contribute to a warm and welcoming atmosphere for patients and employees that exceeds expectations and leaves a lasting impression Manage the day-to-day finances by reviewing and processing accounts payable and receivable Efficient at problem solving Excellent time management skills Interest in marketing would be an asset
Ideal candidates will have:

at least 2 years of

dental administration

experience in all administrative functions of patient coordination (including but not limited to appointment scheduling, recalls, billing/payments, insurance/breakdowns, treatment coordination/estimates Experience in optimization of scheduling patient appointments Experience with a Dental Software Is a positive team player and effective problem solver excellent communication skills (written and verbal) proficiency with computers, backup procedures, Microsoft software, and emails

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
