Duties
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring proper phone etiquette.
Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the office.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
Handle filing and clerical duties to maintain an orderly office environment.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist with bookkeeping activities as needed, including invoicing and payment processing.
Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
Experience
Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
Familiarity with medical or dental office environment.
Strong computer skills with experience in data entry and clerical tasks.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively..
