You have built a strong foundation in dental administration, and now you're ready to put that experience to even greater use.
More connection with patients. More purpose in your everyday work. More opportunity to use your knowledge to make a difference.
If you have experience in dental administration, treatment coordination, or assisting and you are eager to work in a supportive, collaborative environment where your skills truly matter, this might be the perfect fit.
This Role is For You If:
You are ready to use your background to help patients understand their care and move forward with treatment confidently.
You find fulfillment in organizing systems, coordinating patient care, and keeping a practice running smoothly.
You take pride in accuracy, communication, and helping patients navigate their dental insurance with confidence.
You want to grow professionally while contributing to something bigger, helping both patients and the team succeed.
We Are Looking for Someone Who Brings:
A minimum of three years of experience in dental office administration or a related role
At least one year working closely with treatment coordination, treatment planning, or patient communication
Familiarity with dental insurance and the ability to guide patients through coverage and estimates
Experience with Dentrix or similar dental software
A positive, reliable approach and a genuine interest in patient care
What Makes This Role Special:
This is not your typical front desk position. While you will support many of the daily operations that keep the office running, you will also take a key role in helping patients understand their treatment options and make informed decisions about their care.
In this role, you will:
Coordinate treatment plans and ensure patients have clear information about their options and insurance coverage
Support communication between patients, providers, and the clinical team
Help refine office systems that improve patient experience and team efficiency
Contribute to a warm, organized, and professional environment that patients trust
What We Offer:
A supportive culture that values growth, trust, and teamwork
The opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking dental practice that values quality care
Competitive compensation
Opportunities for professional development and continuing education
A workplace where your knowledge and initiative make a real impact
