About the Role:

Our office is looking to add a full-time Dental Office Administrator to join our team. Our office is modern and located on the first floor of the building with easy street access and windows which allow a lot of natural light. This is great opportunity for those who enjoy a fast-paced, professional environment and who love modern technology. We look forward to hearing from you!

This is a full-time permanent position - with 40 hours per week.

Hours:

Monday - Thursday 7:00am-4:30pm, Friday 7:00am-1:00pm

Responsibilities:

Assist in updating and maintaining client dental records and appointments Treatment coordination and scheduling Preparing and sending pre-determinations Following up on outstanding treatment Confirming upcoming appointments Billing, invoicing, taking payments, end of day balance Opening/closing duties, including POS system and ensuring end of day processes are complete Additional duties, as required.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced environment and has previous dental administration experience in a multi-provider setting Proficient computer skills Excellent communication and people skills Attention to detail, organized and reliable Dental Office Software Experience (AbelDent, Dentrix, Maxident, etc.) Asset: Dental Assisting Skills/Qualifications
