We are looking for a candidate that is willing to learn, and can eventually be groomed to take on higher level positions such as treatment plan coordinator, financial coordinator, or even office manager.
What You'll Be Doing
Greeting patients and providing a warm, welcoming experience
Scheduling appointments and optimizing the daily schedule
Answering phone calls and managing patient inquiries
Handling billing, insurance submissions, and payments
Updating and maintaining accurate patient records
Collaborating with the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of dental administration experience, ideally 2+ years
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Proficiency with dental softwares is an asset
Professional, punctual, and dependable
Comfortable working in a
fast-paced
, patient-focused environment
high ethical standards
willing to learn new skills and grow
Legally eligible to work in Canada
What We Offer
Full time hourly wage:
$24-$30/hr based on skill and experience
