Dental Front Desk Team Member in Vernon, BC! Up to $30/hr!

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Front Desk Agent to join our thriving dental office. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer care while efficiently managing administrative tasks. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and familiarity with dental office operations, including experience with digital health records management and front desk responsibilities.

Duties

Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in process efficiently. Schedule and confirm appointments using dental software systems such as Dentrix or Epic. Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing information about services and assisting with patient needs. Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records systems. Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries. Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the office. Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming for patients.

Requirements

Previous experience in a dental office or medical office setting is preferred. Familiarity with front desk operations and phone systems is essential. Proficiency in using electronic medical records software; experience with Dentrix or Epic is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
