We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and creating a welcoming environment for all visitors.
MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE WORKING IN DENTAL OFFICE AS FRONT DESK ATLEAST 1 YEAR.
EXPERIENCE WITH ABELDENT WILL BE PREFFERED.
Duties
Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression.
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as necessary.
Schedule appointments and confirm patient visits using electronic medical records systems.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
Assist with billing inquiries and coordinate with insurance providers when needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
Support office operations by performing clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Collaborate with dental or medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and communication.
Skills
Proficiency in using ABELDENT is preferred.
Familiarity with dental terminology and dental office procedures is highly desirable.
Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a medical office setting is a plus.
Strong administrative experience with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
