## Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will assist our dentists in providing high-quality dental care to our patients. This role requires a strong background in dental assisting, receptionist duties, and a passion for working with pediatric patients. Proficiency in dental software such as Dentrix and familiarity with orthodontics procedures are highly valued.

## Duties:
- Assist dentists during dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, and orthodontic treatments
- Welcome and prepare patients for treatment, ensuring their comfort and answering any questions
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, billing, and maintaining patient records using Dentrix
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care in a friendly and professional manner

## Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or similar role
- Certification or diploma from an accredited dental assistant program
- Knowledge of pediatric dentistry practices and procedures
- Familiarity with Dentrix software is a plus
- Understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
