Job Description

Experienced certified level II dental assistant needed for a busy dental office in Richmond Hill.

Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays (9 am to 5 or 6 pm).

Saturdays (9 am to 5 pm, 3 Saturdays / month)

Responsibilities



Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures by providing necessary tools and materials. Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment scheduling using dental software such as Dentrix. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Ensure the cleanliness and sterilization of dental instruments and work areas. Support orthodontic and pediatric procedures as needed, demonstrating knowledge of relevant medical terminology.

Qualifications



Certification as a Dental Assistant Proficient in dental assisting and medical terminology Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $27.00 per hour
