Dental Administrator - Glasshouse Dental (Yorkville)

Part-Time | 10-20 Hours per Week

Starting Pay: $30-$32 per hour (based on experience)

Glasshouse Dental is a modern, boutique dental practice located in the heart of Yorkville. We are known for our warm, personalized approach, attention to detail, and a beautiful, spa-like patient experience. We are looking for a Part-Time Dental Administrator who is friendly, professional, and committed to creating an exceptional patient experience.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment. As the first point of contact, you will help ensure every patient feels welcomed and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and check in patients, creating a positive and comfortable atmosphere
Manage daily scheduling to support efficient patient flow
Process payments, pre-determinations, and insurance claims (experience with CDAnet required)
Communicate with patients by phone, email, and text in a courteous and professional manner
Maintain recalls and re-care scheduling consistently
Ensure accurate patient records and documentation
Work closely with the clinical team to support a seamless patient experience
Qualifications:

Previous experience working in a dental office is required
Strong understanding of dental terminology, insurance billing, and scheduling workflows
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks
A positive team player with a patient-first mindset
Experience with Oryx dental software is an asset (training available if needed)
Schedule:

Part-time: 10-20 hours per week
Some evenings and Saturdays required
