We're seeking a
Full-Time Senior Dental Administrator
to play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, exceptional patient experiences, and a welcoming, organized environment. This position offers

What You'll Do
? Greet and support patients with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail, creating a positive first impression of the practice.
? Manage the daily schedule, ensuring optimal flow for both patients and providers.
? Handle insurance coordination, including claim submissions, pre-authorizations, and follow-ups to ensure timely processing.
? Confidently discuss diagnosed treatment with patients, answer questions, and present financial options with clarity and empathy.
? Prepare and review treatment plans, financial estimates, and consent forms.
? Support management in implementing and refining office systems, policies, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
? Collaborate closely with the administration and clinical team to maintain smooth communication and operations throughout the day.
? Oversee patient recalls and follow-ups to ensure continuity of care and adherence to recommended treatment schedules.
? Manage patient accounts, track outstanding balances, and assist with collections as needed.
? Maintain accurate and organized patient records, treatment plans, and financial documentation in compliance with privacy and regulatory standards.
? Contribute to a positive team culture by supporting colleagues, problem-solving proactively, and assisting with day-to-day operational needs.
What We're Looking For
? 3+ years of experience in dental administration
? Strong knowledge of dental procedures and insurance
? Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
? Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a team environment
? Comfortable with dental software ; Oryx is simple to use, and training will be provided

Schedule
? Tuesday to Saturday
