, we're looking for a Dental Administrator who takes initiative, leads with kindness, and helps keep our clinic running smoothly. You'll play a key role in welcoming patients, supporting the team, and ensuring every day runs with ease and efficiency.

Hours

Tuesday:

11:30am - 7:30pm

Wednesday & Thursday:

8:00am - 4:00pm

Alternating Friday:

9:00am - 3:00pm

What You'll Do

Greet every patient with warmth and make them feel cared for from the moment they walk in Keep the front desk running smoothly by coordinating appointments, follow-ups, and schedules Handle patient records, billing, insurance claims, and payments with accuracy and professionalism Support and motivate your teammates -- bringing a touch of leadership to help the day flow seamlessly Anticipate patient and schedule needs and take initiative and be proactive Collaborate closely with clinical staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience every time

What We're Looking For

Previous dental administration experience (1 to 2years of experience) Naturally positive and upbeat personality with strong communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented -- you love keeping things in order Proactive and dependable -- you don't wait to be told what needs to be done Caring, team-oriented, and passionate about helping patients feel at ease
