Dental Administrator ( Full-Time or Part-Time)

We are looking for a reliable Dental Administrator to help keep our front office running smoothly.
This position requires strong administrative skills and familiarity with dental terminology, electronic medical records, and office procedures.
The Administrator will be responsible for managing front desk operations, coordinating patient interactions, and supporting the overall efficiency of the practice.

Position: Full-Time or Part - Time

Hours: Must be available to work until 6:00 / 7:00 PM 2 x a week
Experience: Dental experience is preferred, however, we are willing to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and checking in patients with a warm, professional manner Managing appointment scheduling and confirmations Handling insurance claims and billing Maintaining patient records and charts accurately Supporting a positive and efficient patient experience

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience in a dental office (administrative/front desk), recommended, but not required. Strong communication and multitasking skills Knowledge of dental software, and dental terminology is an asset A energetic team player with a positive attitude

Pay: $18.00-$27.00 per hour
