We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our healthcare team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations within our dental office. The ideal candidate will possess strong office management skills, experience with electronic medical records, and familiarity with office procedures. The Administrator will serve as the front-line contact for patients and staff, providing exceptional administrative support to enhance clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Duties
Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and handling multi-line phone systems
Maintain and update electronic medical records using Cleardent
Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate collection of patient information and insurance details
Coordinate with dental staff to facilitate smooth workflow within the office
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, billing support, and correspondence
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards related to dental terminology and patient records
Support office supplies management and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries professionally and efficiently
Requirements
Proven experience in a dental receptionist environment, with knowledge of Cleardent
Strong understanding of dental terminology
Prior office experience, including front desk responsibilities and multi-line phone system management
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Administrative experience in a dental setting is required
Familiarity with dental office procedures, including appointment scheduling and billing processes, is required
