We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations, manage patient and client interactions, and ensure the smooth functioning of our dental practice. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency with electronic medical records, and experience in a healthcare administrative setting. The Administrator will serve as the front-line representative of our office, providing exceptional service to patients and supporting clinical staff.
Duties
Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients and handling multi-line phone systems
Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow efficiently
Maintain accurate electronic medical records using systems such as Gold and Recallmax
Verify insurance information and assist with billing processes
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures
Support clinical staff with administrative needs and documentation compliance
Ensure the office environment remains organized, clean, and welcoming
Respond to patient inquiries professionally via phone or in person
Qualifications
Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a medical office setting preferred
Proficiency with electronic medical records systems such as Gold
Office experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations required
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Prior administrative experience in a healthcare environment is highly desirable
Familiarity with medical or dental office workflows is preferred
