```Duties```
- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information in electronic medical records
- Handle billing and insurance claims processing
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations of the office
```Requirements```
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in dental terminology and understanding of dental procedures
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a dental office setting
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously
- Experience with Cleardent or other dental practice management software is preferred
- Ability to adapt to electronic medical records systems and other office technologies
