What We're Looking For:



A professional with 2 years minimum of

recent dental administrative experience

(required). Someone with strong written and verbal skills (English) A passion for delivering

exceptional customer service

with a warm and welcoming attitude. Excellent

listening, communication

and

relationship-building skills

are essential Willing to take

initiative

with recall calls and efficient follow-ups, showcasing your dedication to patient care. Ability to

provide clear explanations

of dental benefits, ensuring our patients are well-informed. Strong

attention to detail

excellent organizational skills

A

who thrives in a collaborative setting that can also work

independently.

Experience with dental insurance

submissions of predeterminations and claims. Experience in

treatment planning

. Proficiency with patient managementsoftware ( required).

per week (we are open until 7pm on Tuesdays and 6pm on Thursdays)

Duties



Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients, answering phone calls and emails. Schedule appointments and maintain an organized schedule for the office. Handle patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently. Maintain accurate electronic records using our patient management software Assist with billing inquiries and insurance verification as needed including sending predeterminations. Collecting insurance breakdowns for patient charts Submitting claims to insurance and collecting payments from insurance and patients. Support administrative tasks such as filing, inventory, data entry, and correspondence. Assist with keeping cleanliness of facility Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless patient experience. Efficiently communicate with providers / management
