What We're Looking For:
A professional with 2 years minimum of
recent dental administrative experience
(required).
Someone with strong written and verbal skills (English)

submissions of predeterminations and claims.

treatment planning

Duties
Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients, answering phone calls and emails.
Schedule appointments and maintain an organized schedule for the office.
Handle patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Maintain accurate electronic records using our patient management software
Assist with billing inquiries and insurance verification as needed including sending predeterminations.
Collecting insurance breakdowns for patient charts
Submitting claims to insurance and collecting payments from insurance and patients.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, inventory, data entry, and correspondence.
Assist with keeping cleanliness of facility
Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Efficiently communicate with providers / management
