We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Dental office! Newly renovated with long term team!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, coordinating patient and client interactions, and supporting the overall administrative functions of our dental office. This role requires excellent communication skills and ability to multi task. The Administrator will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Dental experience preferred!
Duties
Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner at the front desk
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle appointment scheduling, inquiries, and follow-ups
Maintain and update electronic medical records using Cleardent and MaxAssist/Recall max
Schedule appointments, confirm patient details, and reschedule as necessary
Assist with billing, insurance verification, and data entry tasks
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Handle administrative tasks including filing, faxing, copying, and correspondence
Support office supply inventory management and order supplies as needed
Requirements
Proven experience in a dental office setting, preferably as a Dental Receptionist or Dental assistant
Proficiency with electronic dental records systems
Strong knowledge of dental terminology
Experience with office equipment including multi-line phone systems and office software applications
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Prior experience working in a front desk or administrative role within a dental setting is highly desirable
Knowledge of dental office procedures and administrative best practices
