Job Description

With our third location opening, we are expanding our team! We are looking to add another fun, energetic and caring Dental Administrator to join our team!

The successful candidate will have exceptional customer service and strong communication skills. We are a high volume practice so it is essential to be able to multi-task and thrive in a busy work space. We pride ourselves on our wonderful work culture, a positive and mature attitude is key. We believe in ensuring our new team member is set up for success which means a full and extensive 1-on-1 training program.

This is a full time(40hrs), permanent position including shifts at two of our locations but flexibility for all three is required for holiday and sick coverage. We also require all candidates to be flexible for opening shifts(630am) and closing shifts(until 5pm). The hours of the position are:

Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm at Springborough Endodontics location(SW) Friday 6:30am-2:30pm at North Calgary Dental Specialists location(NW/NE)
