Dental Administrator (8 Week - Temporary contract)

We're looking for a skilled and compassionate Dental Administrator to join our team at TS Oral Health, a proud part of the Passion Dental Group. Job Details:

Part-time Monday-Wednesday 8 am to 3 pm Start date- November 10th

What you'll do:

Be the warm, welcoming face of the clinic, ensuring every patient feels valued and cared for Manage phone calls, direct inquiries, and efficiently book appointments Maintain and organize the patient database with accuracy and confidentiality Oversee insurance claims, billing systems, and follow up with insurance companies Establish and manage office protocols to keep operations running smoothly Coordinate and optimize appointment schedules Provide leadership and foster a team culture focused on outstanding client service

What you'll bring to the role:

Minimum of 1 year experience in a dental clinic environment Knowledge of dental billing and insurance protocols Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Dentrix is an asset Strong communication skills - both verbal and written Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Friendly, professional demeanor with a patient-first mindset Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
