for commercial, residential, and multi-family projects. What You'll Be Doing

Perform interior demolition (walls, ceilings, flooring, fixtures, finishes) Safely remove materials using hand and power tools Load and dispose of debris efficiently Follow site safety procedures and company standards Work as part of a team to keep projects on schedule Maintain a clean and organized job site Take direction from supervisors and communicate clearly on site

What We're Looking For

Strong work ethic and reliability (showing up matters here) Ability to perform physical labour for full shifts Comfort working in demolition environments (dust, noise, PPE) Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols Valid driver's license is an asset Previous demolition or construction experience is an asset, but

not required

Ability to understand and communicate in English (safety-critical)
