Downright Demolition Ltd. is an Edmonton-based contractor specializing in

interior selective demolition

across commercial, residential, and multi-family projects. We run organized sites, communicate clearly with clients and crews, and hold a high bar for safety, quality, and accountability.This role is for someone who knows demolition, leads by example, and takes ownership of their site.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Lead and supervise demolition crews on active job sites Execute interior demolition scopes safely, efficiently, and to plan Coordinate daily tasks, crew assignments, and workflow Ensure safety procedures and PPE standards are followed at all times Read and understand demolition scopes, drawings, and site plans Communicate progress, issues, and material needs to the Superintendent or PM Maintain clean, professional, and organized job sites Train and coach labourers on proper demolition techniques Help keep projects on schedule and protect productivity

What We're Looking For

3+ years of demolition or relevant construction experience

Previous experience as a Lead Hand, Foreman, or senior labourer Strong understanding of interior selective demolition methods Ability to lead by example and hold others accountable Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Solid understanding of job site safety and hazard awareness Ability to problem-solve and adapt when conditions change Valid driver's license required Experience working with PMs, superintendents, and inspectors is an asset
