Job Duties

Build loads in LG transportation management system (TMS) Verify that loads are consolidated and entire utilization of trailer. Consolidate loads by geographical region and carrier to minimize transportation costs. Tender loads to carrier and warehouseFirst point of contact for load tender issues and concerns. Reply to emails in group email in a timely manner.Review daily reports for opportunity to consolidate. Provide administrative support in completing all tasks assigned in a timely manner. Communicate and escalate any carrier issues to the Manager. Additional tasks may be assigned if required.

Job Requirements

1-3 years of experience in a customer service environment Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) Prior knowledge of JDA preferred Experience in a third-party logistics environment preferred Excellent interpersonal skills; must be a resourceful self-starter Strong team player with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and ability to work well under pressure Fluent in English and Korean preferred
