Communicate with drivers, clients, and partners to ensure smooth operations. Utilize transportation management systems and GIS tools for route planning. Monitor shipment progress and resolve any issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of shipments and logistics activities. Collaborate with the dispatch team to optimize load efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications'

Proven experience in transportation planning or logistics coordination.

Strong knowledge of transportation management systems .

Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Familiarity with cross-border regulations is preferred. Proficiency in GPS and GIS tools. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.'
