Mercedes-Benz Winnipeg has an opportunity for a highly organized individual to join our team as a Delivery Specialist. This is a pivotal role in the dealership responsible for providing an exceptional experience that must continuously exceed customer expectations and conduct a flawless delivery.
As a Delivery Specialist, you will prepare guests for the delivery of their new vehicle and ensure the process goes smoothly and exceeds their expectations. You will perform outstanding vehicle deliveries, ensuring that customers begin their ownership experience with full knowledge of their vehicle\xe2\x80\x99s operation. Special emphasis will need to be placed on creating a memorable experience the customer will remember. The best candidates for this position will have some experience in the automotive industry or have a background in providing excellent customer service.
