We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service, as you will be the face of our company during deliveries.

Responsibilities

Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Perform heavy lifting as required, adhering to safety protocols. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery times and any discrepancies. Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any changes. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns during the delivery process. Assist in warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and organization. Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company policies while on the road.

Skills

Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Experience in moving and heavy lifting, with a focus on safety practices. Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus. Previous warehouse experience is advantageous for understanding logistics and inventory management. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining accurate delivery records.
