JOB DESCRIPTION:

We at Mampster are looking for an experienced driver who is able to handle the end-to-end account interactions with our customers in Alberta.

As the Account Rep you will be responsible for:

Physically meeting with our customers in the local Calgary area on a weekly basis and bi-weekly for those in Edmonton

During Store Visits:

Meeting with each store contact to discuss their needs and address any issues. This includes documenting any orders using the provided order form.
Rotating the new stock with the old, ensuring FIFO is followed. (First In, First Out)
Verifying that any stock is not approaching or past is expiry date.
Submitting order forms promptly, thus ensuring the timely creation of invoices.

Deliveries:

Efficiently load items into the delivery vehicle and ensure they are securely fastened.
Planning and following the most efficient delivery routes, ensuring timely delivery. (This may involve using GPS or maps)
Delivering items to the specified addresses, ensuring that they reach the correct recipients, are handled with care and are delivered on time.
Regularly inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and overall vehicle condition and log all the details in the Logbook. Reporting any issues or repairs if needed.

Other duties may include but are not limited to:

The occasional shipment receival
Occasionally assisting with inventory management (i.e. verifying stock levels)
Dropping off or collecting event related items from specified locations.

Must be available evening, weekends and holidays as needed

Job Requirements:

The possession of a clean driving record and abstract.
Have a reliable means of transportation within the specified locations.
Well versed with the area and Calgary's quadrants.
Can work unsupervised.
Well organized.
Have good communications skills.
Ability to speak, read and write in English.
Ability to speak Panjabi and Hindi (not required but is considered an asset)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
