Parthenon Market is hiring a Deli Manager

About the Role

The Deli Manager oversees all aspects of our deli operations--from maintaining the highest food quality and safety standards to mentoring team members and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in their work, stays organized, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support deli staff with training, scheduling, and ongoing guidance Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety are top priorities Maintain inventory, place accurate orders, and manage vendor relationships Merchandize deli cases and develop appealing weekly specials Collaborate with store leadership and participate in manager meetings Assist with reporting, banking, and department planning Create a positive and efficient work environment

What We're Looking For

Prior experience in a deli, kitchen, or food service environment Common sense, reliability, and a "lead by doing" mindset are a must Management or supervisory experience required Strong communication and organizational skills A reliable, common-sense approach to leadership Someone who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and lead by doing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
