What you'll do:
The planning and day-to-day execution of the department.
Preparing and administering budgeted department goals, relating to pricing, sales, margin, expenses, and inventory while ensuring efficient operation of the department.
Work with the facility manager in communicating operational requirements, operational changes and translate the vision into departmental initiatives.
Provide leadership to the department, including goal setting, performance management and the training & development of team members.
Ensure prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service is provided at all times while maintaining/striving to improve Team Engagement, Merchandising, Marketing and Team Member Relations.

3+ years of relevant customer service experience with 1+ year(s) of leadership experience.
