Dedicated District Trainer
We are currently seeking an individual to fill our Dedicated District Trainer Role! The Dedicated District Trainer facilitates the development of newly hired inventory associates and is responsible for the ongoing training and development of all hourly associates.
Job Overview
This WIS Team provides inventory solutions to a broad array of retail, grocery, and specialty customers across Canada. As the face of our organization, we count on you to uphold our Core Values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation and Teamwork in a positive, safe, and inclusive environment. You will be out at our Customers locations providing training to our inventory associates and remain a point of contact for our associates while they acclimate to their role. You will be responsible for in-office training of newly hired employees, provide guidance through the planning and implementation of training, review training metrics to assess increases in productivity and participate in ongoing development training and relevant conference calls.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum six months experience training/coaching others
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
Must possess a passion for people with the ability to show empathy and compassion for our team and customers
Proven experience driving strong results through coaching, development and training efforts and the ability to impart counting knowledge onto others
High level of confidence with the ability to hold others accountable through positive employee first engagement
Ability to work varied, non-traditional hours, including early morning, days, evenings, as well as flexible schedules.
