Job Responsibilities:

Capture the best quality photographs of vehicles to display on our company website. Ensure photos are taken and uploaded on the website in a timely manner to meet daily goals. Collect vehicle information such as options, mileage, color Safely move vehicles as needed to stage and shoot photos/videos. Conduct daily inspections and report any vehicle faults to the management. Take pictures of vehicles for use in marketing and promotional materials Keeping notes on status of vehicles on the lot Checking in with inventory manager regarding vehicles that need priority over others for photographs Update the website as necessary & Provide administrative support to the marketing manager Prepare, format, and edit a range of documents May be required to assist in lot and detail area with cleaning and preparing vehicles for delivery Maintain a neat and orderly inventory arrangement, keeping track of vehicle locations. Maintaining a neat and orderly grounds and dealership lot Conduct daily inspections and promptly report any vehicle faults or damages to the management. Pick-up and delivery of vehicles from Storage and Service Centre, Bring vehicles out for test drives and perform other tasks as based on management requirements and instructions.

Qualifications:

Valid Ontario G Driver's License with a clean driving record. Strong attention to detail, ensuring thoroughness in completing tasks. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly lot and track inventory.
