Dilawri Group of Companies - BC Region is currently looking to fill the position of a Deal Clerk.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Post New Vehicle Inventory into vehicle management and accounting
- Code and process on demand cheque request to appropriate accounts
- Process and verify accuracy of new and used car deals
- Update and reconcile deal log and sales commissions
- Maintain and reconcile vehicle inventory related schedules
- Assist controllers to prepare financial statements, various accounting schedules and management report
- Work with assigned stores on tasks and concerns
- Other duties as assigned by your manager
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong accounting technical knowledge
- Demonstrate desire to tackle challenges and high-pace environment
- Organized and self-driven personality and adaptive to changes
- Experience with CDK/ ADP and related dealership accounting software is an asset but not required
