DDC Technician/Systems Specialist - Manitoba

Mikkelsen-Coward is a multi-discipline contractor, providing Mechanical/Electrical/DDC Controls services to our clients in Manitoba and Saskatchewan. We are looking for a DDC Technician -Systems specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals, in the Controls Department at our Manitoba branch. This position would report directly to the Controls Technical Manager.

Requirements would include:

HVAC system knowledge. Hydronic system knowledge. Minimum 4 years experience. Good customer relationship skills. Ability to communicate effectively written and oral. Ability to work under minimal supervision when required. Strong computer skills. Strong knowledge in BACnet, Networks-ethernet, IP, MSTP, and Modbus. Is willing to travel and work various hours as needed. Works well in a team atmosphere. Must be able to pass background & security checks.

The duties of this position would include, but not limited to:

Commissioning projects. Troubleshooting Controls systems. Programming using GCL programming language and designing graphics. Service work on Delta controls.
