Burnaby, BC - 5 locations (all around Metrotown area)Requirement:
Must have own vehicle & valid driver's license (travel between locations)Hours:
Full-time, 35 hrs/weekPay:
$25-28/hr + $6/hr government wage enhancementWe are a Small Group Daycare with 5 different locations around the Metrotown area, serving a total of 40 children aged 0-36 months. We are seeking an experienced, organized, and people-focused Daycare Manager to oversee multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Regularly visit and oversee all 5 locations to ensure smooth daily operations Staff scheduling, HR coordination, recruitment & onboarding Handle parent communication, conflict resolution, and enrollment Ensure licensing compliance, safety, and quality standards Supervise Manager Assistant / Floater and assign daily tasks Occasional classroom coverage if required
Qualifications:
ECE or ECEA certification preferred 2+ years in a leadership role in childcare Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Must be flexible to travel between locations as needed Fluent English and Korean speaking is an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
