We are a small, nurturing infant & toddler daycare located in the Metrotown area of Burnaby. Our centre is unique -- unlike large child care facilities, we operate as a close-knit group setting with
5 classrooms across different nearby locations
, serving a total of40 children aged 10 months to 3 years

Oversee daily operations of the daycare Staff scheduling and support Interview and onboard new staff Supervise and train educators Support licensing compliance and inspections Maintain enrollment and build relationships with families Communicate with parents and manage family expectations Ensure a safe, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate environment
Requirements
Valid ECE or ECE Assistant Certificate (Infant/Toddler certification preferred) Minimum 1 year of experience in daycare management or supervisory role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a small, multi-location setting Organized, calm under pressure, and good with people
Compensation
Hourly wage: $25-$28 depending on experience
+ Government Wage Enhancement (up to $6/hr)
